Past Life Regression

Many cultures believe in reincarnation, the idea that we have all lived many past lives. It is commonly believed that we enter this life with some memory of our past lives but, by around five, those memories have faded away. There is certainly much anecdotal evidence of young children remembering people and events from a previous life which have later been verified.

It is also believed by many that these memories remain in the subconscious and can be accessed through hypnosis and, again, there is a good deal of evidence for this (see the work of , for example, hypnotherapist Dr. Michael Newton who regressed thousands of subjects during his lifetime.)

I usually conduct a regression programme over a two hour session. The first part of the session is all about understanding how you process thoughts and we will do some simple exercises to establish this. This will allow me to tailor your experience and therefore make it more powerful.

The main body of the session will be given over to the actual regression. Once in a trance, you will be guided into a past life where you will be directed to view major events from that life as well as to answer pre-agreed questions to determine as much information as possible. For that reason, I always encourage people to make a recording or I can do so at your request. The past life you visit may be a total surprise to you but people always bring back information relevant to their lives now.

Towards the end of your session, you may be asked if you want to pass through your death in that life to visit that space between lives (or ‘life between lives’ as it is sometimes called) where many meet their guardian angel or deceased relatives who may have a message for them. However you feel about the idea of past lives, there is no denying that a past life regression is a profound experience for many.

If you are interested in a past life regression do get in touch for a no-obligation chat; I love talking about this stuff!
